This course is designed for individuals who want to improve their own effectiveness in their role through increasing their Personal Impact when dealing with others – those they manage, their own managers, colleagues and customers

It’s not only first impressions that matter. Not everyone can light up a room when they enter, and not everyone is seen as having that spark that enables them to have a lasting impact on others. But to be a good leader you have to know how to deal with people, sometimes in difficult situations, and how to be an inspiration to others. This course will give you some insights into your own psyche and will provide you with techniques and skills to improve the impact that you have on others, and to be more effective in your role

By the end of the course, participants will have:

  • Understood the importance of goals and be able to set personal and business objectives
  • Investigated techniques to develop self-confidence, self-motivation and personal initiative
